As of February (apparently), the Time Zone Database is being maintained under the auspices of the IANA.

The home page is at: http://www.iana.org/time-zones

The tarballs are being released as:
http://www.iana.org/time-zones/repository/releases/tz*.tar.gz

I think it would be a good idea to change at least the home page in the appropriate ebuilds, as the old home page at twinsun.com appears to be stagnant.
