Just copy ncbi-tools-20100808.ebuild over to ncbi-tools-20110713.ebuild name. Works for me on ~amd64. That is blast 2.2.25.



However, blast 2.2.26 is not in the expected FTP directory expected by the ebuild, but here instead:

ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/executables/release/LATEST/
