Hi,

filer is a small file manager completely written in perl,
using gtk2-perl.

There need some perl-modules added to portage, to fulfill the
dependencies of filer. I'll attach ebuilds for these modules
as well.

I suggest that a perl dev gets this bug assigned, because of
the required perl modules.
