Patch to compile Stellarium in "Release" mode

All recent versions of sci-astronomy/stellarium up to 0.11.2 crash on Gentoo on some operations, e.g. when you try to display constellation borders. According to https://bugs.launchpad.net/stellarium/+bug/951967 this can be remedied by building Stellarium in "Release" mode. Current ebuilds build it in "Debug" mode, which crashes on some non-critical errors.

The attached patch adds CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE="Release" variable to compile in "Release" mode.

I was able to reproduce by following first comment in launchpad bug:

F4 -> Markings -> Constellations -> Show Constellations

exits stellarium with:

ASSERT: "d==0 || std::fabs(v.lengthSquared()-1.)<0.0000001" in file /var/tmp/portage/sci-astronomy/stellarium-0.11.1/work/stellarium-0.11.1/src/core/StelSphereGeometry.hpp, line 300

pass -DQT_NO_DEBUG for -debug

Relevant part of CMakeLists.txt

IF(CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE STREQUAL "Release" OR CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE STREQUAL "RelWithDebInfo")
  ADD_DEFINITIONS(-DQT_NO_DEBUG)
  ADD_DEFINITIONS(-DNDEBUG)
ENDIF()

-DNDEBUG is already appended by cmake-utils.eclass. I'd propose:

IUSE+="debug" and 'use debug || append-cppflags -DQT_NO_DEBUG #415769' in src_prepare()
