New day, new version. According to upstream this thing should now work on pypy. I'm building pypy at the moment and would like to test that statement out before bumping. Just rename epatch (${P} thing) and it should be ready to roll. BTW, are there any plans of adding additional languages besides python?
I certainly don't have such plans. Let's wait until someone complains about it? Will wait for your pypy testing.
dev-zero keeps vastly improved ebuilds for recent uWSGI version in his overlay. Among other improvements are support for Lua, Ruby and other languages. Can't really say why he won't push them into main tree, probably due to lack of time to bear responsibility for them. I tried but couldn't keep up with uWSGI development :-\
Ok, my ebuild is almost ready. Only thing left: proper dependency on php[embed] for the selected php slots. Will do it as soon as possible. Until then: use the ebuild in my overlay for testing. All stable languages/technologies are supported.
This is amazing. I'll give it a go for a few days and get back to you
