KDE 4.8.3 is in the tree since 2012/05/03, and as testing will for sure take some more days. It includes many bug fixes compared to KDE 4.8.1 which is stable on amd64 and x86.

Arches please do your magic, please inform us before you change the keywords finally.

The detailed targets are in the comments in the attached file (summarized, dependencies and KDE: amd64, ppc, x86; applications: amd64, x86).

If the tests phase fails somewhere, please file a bug or leave a message on IRC (should not happen but you never know). We'll either fix or restrict the tests of the affected package then, in any case it should not be a stable blocker.
