Upgrade mapnik ebuild to 2.0.1

doc building seems to use the installed version instead of that being emerged, at least in part. This change only fixes the output destination being named for the installed version (if it exists) patching out "mapnik-config --version" in build_epydoc.sh.

Fixed in main tree.

Altho I had to remove the epydoc generating as it was completely broken, open a new feature request with new working patch if you want to have it back.
