Description Arseny Solokha 2012-04-17 23:38:44 UTC
See the attached gnuradio-3.5.3-build-1.log.

Trivial one-liner fixes the issue:
--- net-wireless/gnuradio/gnuradio-3.5.3.ebuild~	2012-04-18 05:41:51.674314818 +0800

 	sdl? ( media-libs/libsdl )
 	wxwidgets? (

After applying this patch compilation finishes successfully but then installation fails (see attached gnuradio-3.5.3-build-2.log). The easiest (but probably not the best) solution is to force -j1 in $MAKEOPTS:
MAKEOPTS="${MAKEOPTS} -j1".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE="qt4" emerge gnuradio

Actual Results:
Build fails with

Expected Results:
net-wireless/gnuradio buils successfully with USE="qt4".

Please compare with bug 365019 first.
Comment 3 Chí-Thanh Christopher Nguyễn gentoo-dev 2012-04-18 09:32:06 UTC
Interesting, I tested it on several computers, and none needed -j1 at install time.

I removed the line from spectrumdisplayform.ui that causes the build to fail when qt-qt3support is not installed as per bug 365019.
