PAGE_SIZE is undefined on ARM architecture (and PPC iirc) so systemd-44 does not build.  Upstream has this patched in git already: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/systemd/systemd/commit/?id=7264278fbbdc1dc6c30fedc902d1337594aa6ff6

Also, I've been testing systemd on my EfikaMX here for the past month or two, so I would say it's okay to add ~arm to the KEYWORDS, unless you'd rather I file a new bug to request it.
