scrollkeeper depends on XML-Parser. This dependency is missing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -C XML-Parser
2. emerge scrollkeeper 
3. You will get following errormessage: "You must have XML::Parser installed to run ../../intltool-merge"
4. emerge XML-Parser
5. emerge scrollkeeper
6. be happy ;)

XML-Parser is a RDEPEND of intltool, not of scrollkeeper itself.

ouch. intltool-0.27.2 doesn't have the RDEPEND and is the latest stable.

I fixed scrollkeeper itself to dep on inltool-0.29 (which introduces the
XML-Parser dep), that should take care of this.
