stable upstream  package  version is 1.25 [1]
Please remove in tree 1.06.27 , 1.18.02 and 1.28.00

Fixed in ~arch. We need to stabilize xmlrpc-c-1.28.03-r1 to drop it completely. Arch teams, please, go ahead and stailize it.
