Hi,

media-sound/mhwaveedit fails to compile if USE is set to -sdl because
there's a typo both ebuilds which are in portage.

See attached patch

Fixed in cvs... should get on rsync mirrors soon...

now usinng 'use_with' and 'use_enable' instead to clean up the ebuild a bit...
