All, this is a replacement for sys-apps/module-init-tools which will be used by >=sys-fs/udev-176. an you please test and add your keyword to this package asap? Thanks, William
Arch teams: This package had to be modified for bug #397949 in a way which makes it break if you have /usr on a separate partition, so it has been added to the mask for this issue which already exists in p.mask. However, if you do not have /usr on a separate partition, you should still be able to test and proceed as normal with keywording. Please test/keyword asap so this can be used when udev-176 is released.
Marked ~hppa.
Ping, can we get the rest of the arch teams to keyword this?
Marked ~ppc64/~ppc
~arm keyword added.
Arch teams, now you need to add your keyword to the following: sys-fs/udev-180 sys-fs/udev-init-scripts-8 sys-apps/kmod-4 Thanks, William
Added ~mips to udev-181 udev-init-scripts-8 kmod-5
Is this the udev version that does the whole separate /usr mess?
Yes, it is.
(In reply to comment #7) > Added ~mips to > > udev-181 > udev-init-scripts-8 > kmod-5 Failed to commit udev-181. Fixed now.
ia64@ was missing from CC for unknown reason ...
kmod is broken on ia64, and any other system where gc-sections doesn't work http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.kernel.modules/777
(In reply to comment #12) > kmod is broken on ia64, and any other system where gc-sections doesn't work > > http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.kernel.modules/777 This should be fixed in kmod-9 which is now in the tree.
~alpha/~ia64/~sh/~sparc done
All, some how, m68k was dropped, so we need to get that keyword added as well. Thanks, William
