please find updated qmail-scanner-1.20.ebuild.

I changed a few things, one is to change DEPEND from maildrop to ripmime, since ripmime is supported by qmail-scanner-1.20 and has a much smaller footprint.
I also changed the perlsuid to plain perl in the qmail-scanner-queue.pl-script and  use the c-wrapper found in the contrib-dir.
the ebuild will create new user and group named qscand.
