It looks like keywords where dropped here quite some time ago but no bug was filed. I believe the keywords where dropped due to a new dependency on pkg-config but that seems to have gotten keyworded due to another bug in the meantime. Please test and keyword (not that not all arches have all packages currently keyworded):

=dev-ruby/pkgconfig

=dev-ruby/ruby-atk-1.0.3
=dev-ruby/ruby-gdkpixbuf2-1.0.3
=dev-ruby/ruby-glib2-1.0.3
=dev-ruby/ruby-gtk2-1.0.3
=dev-ruby/ruby-gtkmozembed-1.0.0
=dev-ruby/ruby-pango-1.0.3
=dev-ruby/ruby-poppler-1.0.3
=dev-ruby/ruby-rsvg-1.0.3
=dev-ruby/ruby-vte-1.0.3

=dev-ruby/rcairo-1.10.2-r1

I'm keywording dev-ruby/ so that 'repoman full' doesn't complain anything for ~ppc/~ppc64 anymore and these packages are included in that sweep

Therefore closing this as FIXED since if it's not fixed already, it'll be in a minute
