there is no such thing as =dev-ruby/haml-3.1.4-r1, so I keyworded =dev-ruby/haml-3.1.4

my generated list includes dev-ruby/execjs that wants v8.

v8 atm does not build on ppc..

When the original bugs were filed spidermonkey was still an option. In any case, if you still want to keyword this for ppc, you can mask the asset-pipeline USE flag. That essentially means you could use Rails 3.1/2 on production servers, but not for development work.

CC back ppc when you provide a repoman checked list that works.
