This is fairly minor, but I had assumed that packages that work with specific kernel module versions would be stabilized along with the kernel version. drbd version currently stable: 8.3.10 current drbd module version in current stable gentoo-sources kernel (3.0.6): 8.3.11 The drbdadm tool itself complains about the version mismatch: drbdadm up drbd_name DRBD module version: 8.3.11 userland version: 8.3.10 you should upgrade your drbd tools! I unmasked drbd 8.3.11, so not a big issue, but I thought you'd want to keep drbd at least the same version as current stable. I assume if a higher version of the tools were installed, there'd be no issue either. Thanks.

It has the same abi/proto so in theory we should stable that instead 8.3.11.
