Please stabilise emacs-18.59-r8. Fast-track stabilisation because -r6 cannot be compiled any more (bug 395223).

We keep slot 18 of Emacs, because it has short startup time and doesn't need much memory, so it can be used on embedded systems and for quick editing purposes.

Changes from -r6 to -r8:
  - Compilation on amd64 fixed.
  - LDFLAGS are respected now.
  - Auxiliary binaries have been moved out of /usr/share.
  - Info files have been moved to /usr/share/info.
  - Ebuild updated to EAPI 4 and cleaned up.
