The joe editor builds and works on the Alpha. Please add the alpha (or maybe
~alpha, dunno how the process works) keyword.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.attempt to emerge joe
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
all ebuilds are masked

Expected Results:  
should have built the package

Have you built it and tried it out?  I don't want to mark it if it hasn't been
tested.  You can try it, without changing the KEYWORDS, by doing

ACCEPT_KEYWORDS=~x86 emerge -pv joe
ACCEPT_KEYWRDS=~x86 emerge joe

Yes. I've built it and used it, and it works fine.
