In pkg_config, one is instructed to use email.yml.example if email.yml is missing.
Email settings are specified in configuration.yml, and no longer in email.yml.

This instruction is confusing and should be removed. (May be relevant to earlier Ebuilds as well.)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =www-apps/redmine-1.3.0
2. emerge --config "=www-apps/redmine-1.3.0"
