Bugzilla Bug 39339

I've released new versions of monopd (including a fix to correctly drop some
stale network connections) and its libcapsinetwork dependency (which fixes a
rare but possible race condition).

I've create new .ebuilds myself:

http://unixcode.org/downloads/libcapsinetwork/libcapsinetwork-0.2.5.ebuild 

Please note that I am no longer using SourceForge as repository, so the master 
site has been changed for both projects. Monopd 0.9.0 *requires* 
libcapsinetwork 0.2.5, the latest release. 

Please verify the .ebuild files, I do not currently run Gentoo myself.
