The warzone ebuild fails during configure if bison or byacc are not already installed.  They should be listed in the ebuild as build-time dependencies.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -Cav bison
2. emerge -av1 warzone
Actual Results:  
configure fails while looking for bison/byacc

Expected Results:  
configure completes, ebuild succeeds

To work around, simply "emerge -1 bison" before emerging warzone2100.  bison can be removed after warzone2100 is merged.
