It's a known bug - battery plugin always displays 100%.

To get is working one line has to be patched, I will attach a patch in a moment.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use lxpanel on a laptop
2. 
3. 
Actual Results:  
battery indicator always shows 100%

Expected Results:  
battery indicator does not always show 100%

The above patch might create issues, if there is no remaining_capacity under /var/class/power_supply/BATn/.

The patch seems fine, I've added lxpanel 0.5.8-r1 to the tree.

Upstream fixed this differently, see SF #3355401 - commit 7748d13 in git (I didn't test).
