There was a problem in the 2.8.6 release that stop qtcreator's cmake support. (It could also be problematic for codeblocks) Could we integrate the git commit that fix the problem in tree until a new release will be done? Problem descripted here: http://www.mail-archive.com/cmake@cmake.org/msg38386.html Problematic commit: http://www.mail-archive.com/cmake@cmake.org/msg38397.html Fix: http://www.mail-archive.com/cmake@cmake.org/msg38402.html http://cmake.org/gitweb?p=cmake.git;a=commit;h=240d39 Reproducible: Always
Hello! The solution for the cmake team is a patch for cmake themself (see fix in the previous post). So why is the cmake support of qtcreator broken? If a graphic driver changed something, so Xorg could not work with it and the driver will be fixed to get a solution, would you say Xorg has a broken support? Could you explain me the topic change?
This has nothing to do with qt-creator. Re-assigning bug to cmake maintainers
Looks reasonable, patch added in 2.8.6-r3.
Thank you!
