Bugzilla Bug 38830

This is an update for the mkl 5.1 ebuild, which is currently not working. It
also requires copying the directory files/5.1 to files/5.2

Note I also submitted a mkl 6.1 ebuild (bug 36283), but mkl 6.1 requires
downloading a separate evaluation license, and I also experience occasional
crashes in my applications, which go away if I link with 5.2

Got through this one.
I slightly cleaned it up - moved docs to a proper place (but did not move examples, even though they might have gone there as well) and, since the env file only gets two lines in, I filled it right inside the ebuild. Takes just one more line of code and alleviates a need for additional file in $FILESDIR :).

More importantly, I slightly changed the imkl-5.1 license file in place, - added /5.2 so it has indication of both versions, as this was the only (non-whitespace) difference between the licenses..
