The post webapp-config install for postfixadmin instructs users to setup the MySQL database despite that the 'postgres' USE flag is enabled and the 'mysql' USE flag is disabled.

postinstall-with-postgres.patch

I got tired of seeing this showing in my bug list so I decided to do something about it.

Avoids preferring one RDBMS over the, provides links to guides for both, and provides a dump example for both.

I've also organized the text a bit and unified the indent formatting.
