org-mode-7.7 ebuild with contrib site installation

Hi

I think a small improvement is needed.

Besides just creating/copying contrib directory to /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp when contrib use is in effect, we need a site lisp code to make them available.

The attachments - ebuild+site file add this.

I've solved it in a different way, by conditionally adding the line to the existing site-init file.
