Looks like clutter-gst needs the following in src_prepare():

sed -e 's/-D.*_DISABLE_DEPRECATED//g' -i clutter-gst/Makefile.* || die

(This has been fixed in the clutter-gst-1.4.2 ebuild the gnome overlay.)
