Tarball of ebuild, patches, and related files

EAPI=4 revision bump of the Firebird ebuild. Addresses several open bugs, bug 347133, bug 364449, and bug 368037. Bug 347133 is dependent on bug 361013 which is also the fix for bug 364449. Bug 364449 is fixed by bug 361013. I am attaching a tarball of the new ebuild, patches, and a new xinetd file. Which includes the modification attached as a patch to bug 364449. Tarball contents are as follows;

I have been proxy maintaining it for the most part. I would rather maintain it directly as I once did, but ran into problems with recruiting.

Could you provide dev-util/btyacc-3.0-r2 ebuild. 
It is not commited to portage tree either.

See bug 361013 for btyacc, its a minor change to ebuild single line of sed.
