We need to create libreoffice-l10n package from the RPMs, so we would not force users to always build the translations, it slows the compilation considerably without giving us any benefit. So lets just use precreated binary mo files. I am opening the bug just so I won't forget to do it.
Both -bin and source package should depend on newly created l10n package. Please someone verify that I didn't break anything, but it should work :)

Ok this issue should be addressed. Same as the file collisions with the libreoffice ebuilds themselves.
