Description:   Opened: 2004-01-13 02:31 0000 
Version 1.20 final for Qmail-Scanner was released on 5/Nov/2003.  Portage has
v1.16 from 3/Feb/2003.

I tried to be lame and copied version 1.16, 1.16-r1, and 1.16-r2 ebuilds to 2.0
to see if those ebuilds would continue to work for the new version, no such
luck.
