Patch for 1.4.28-r2 ebuild

I have found a patch to backport mod_uploadprogress to lighttpd 1.4.x, the module is only available in 1.5.x by upstream. I did this, because simply not a single upload progressbar works with Lighty, and I needed a way to display the upload.

The patch is directly taken from http://redmine.lighttpd.net/wiki/lighttpd/Docs:ModUploadProgress page, I only replaced 1.4.22 with 1.4.28.

The module is working for a few days now. I have incorporated the USE-Flag "uploadprogress" based on the 1.4.28-r2 ebuild.

I attach the patch to the ebuild and the patch for the source as well. I would really like to see this in portage, but if not, I hope it will be of use to someone :)
