Please bump media-libs/grilo and media-plugins/grilo-plugins to version 0.1.16 (released one month ago). I have bumped these two packages in the gnome-next branch of the gnome overlay (see http://git.overlays.gentoo.org/gitweb/?p=proj/gnome.git;a=commit;h=c8db98873f2ef9038dc71915ae7b06a9f16eebfb) since they are needed for totem-3.1.4, but really, these versions of grilo and grilo-plugins should be in gx86. Note that the overlay commit adds numerous patches. This is because a number of serious bugs (an infinite loop, memory leaks, buggy youtube support) and issues important for the gnome-next overlay (compatibility with API changes in the next release of libgdata) were fixed in upstream git after the 0.1.16 release.
grilo: the test-ui was automagic gtk2/gtk3, USE=examples added, and the tests are all failing (but return 0, and src_test passes => RESTRICT). grilo-plugins: no issues found. Bumped in the tree, thanks!
