Hi,

when samba is configured to be member of an ActiveDirectory with running winbindd the following output appears on every invokation of "su" or "passwd":

  iniparser: cannot open /etc/security/pam_winbind.conf

At least in samba-3.5.9 there is a sample config file: 
samba-3.5.9/examples/pam_winbind/pam_winbind.conf

I suggest to let the samba ebuild install this file when the winbind USE flag is enabled.
