kwin ebuild just ignores xcomposite flag (only sets deps for it). And indeed kwin built with USE=-xcomposite actually do have xcomposite support.

I have some doubts about the usefulness of this flag. But then, Gentoo is all about choice... :)

Fixed in 4.7.0-r1 and later.
