configure output

When emerging flex-2.5.35 on a fresh amd64 system (pulled in by other packages), I get this error

configure: error: GNU M4 1.4 is required

Once I manually emerge m4, everything goes fine so there's a dependency missing or something like that.

I found this too, sys-devel/flex-2.5.35 on a fresh install with stage3-i686-20110719.tar.bz2

This is causing issues on installcd targets:

Please add the dependency and get the [new] version marked stable.

Added m4 dependency to flex. Fixed, thanks.
