We yet have no ebuilds for this new version of lightspark on the portage tree. With better compliance to youtube and sdl sound support, lightspark may now even be production-ready, maybe even marked as stable on the tree. It has now reached a new milestone, becoming a viable alternative to the knowingly unsecure Macromedia's Flash Player plugin. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.echo "www-plugins/lightspark ~amd64 *" >> /etc/keywords.conf (or /etc/paludis/keywords.conf 2.emerge lightspark (or cave resolve lightspark), expecting this latest version. 3.behold the fact that there is no ebuild for this version, neither in the tree, nor in layman. Actual Results: Latest version is =www-plugins/lightspark-0.4.8.1 Expected Results: Having, at least masked, ebuild for the version =www-plugins/lightspark-0.5.0-rc1. This version has been released for about a month now (http://allievi.sssup.it/techblog/?p=742 , posted on July, 5th), and seems too promising to be left unnoticed.
Fixed in CVS.
