This was reportedly breaking ARM and MIPS stages (and probably others), so I committed a fix to bison-2.5.ebuild: - m4 dependency was bumped to 1.4.16. - m4 was moved from RDEPEND back to DEPEND (because this is actually correct, and because it was moved from DEPEND to RDEPEND in 2006 as a hack workaround)
