The duplicity crew does not support old releases. If they receive a bug report, they will first ask that you update to the latest, which is 0.6.14 right now. 0.6.06 is extremely old. Duplicity's build system and requirements won't be changing for a long time to come (since they're tied to RedHat's life-cycle) so it really should be a very simple bump. Reproducible: Always
