A 'backspace' character has been attached to the end of firefox-5.0 window title.

Which shows on my system as a small square with '00' '07'


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run firefox-5.0 (not the binary build)

Actual Results:  
A 'backspace' character has been attached to the end of firefox-5.0 window title.

Expected Results:  
normal title "Mozilla Firefox"

I saw the same issue when firefox was profiling itself in the middle of emerging it (I use pgo). But now I cannot reproduce it in the installed firefox, even on a totally new config dir. Strange.

fix PRE_RELEASE_SUFFIX

Setting PRE_RELEASE_SUFFIX to an empty value instead of "" solved the problem for me. The python script JarMaker.py cannot handle double quoted defines.

I've fixed this, but I haven't bumped the revision because it's a rather trivial problem.
