kdelibs 4.6.3 has a kio regression which causes websites to double load

please add patch

to kdelibs-4.6.3 to fix this issue, as this can be very annoying

IMHO this bug could be a blocker for http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=369979
(at least for 4.6.3, as it is fixed for 4.6.4)
