For bug #341943 we need any newer version stable. Feel free to pick 3.4.10.907-r1 or 3.4.10.908.
Added myself so I will know when to remove sys-kernel/genkernel * from package.keywords
Upgrading the request to genkernel 3.4.16. As far as I can see all open bugs against genkernel already affect 3.4.10.907, so they do not prevent stabilization in my eyes. jmbsvicetto, please add arches once you have results on building stages. (Just for the record: the initial request was about a time frame of 48 hours.)

I've been able to build new ISO images for amd64 and x86, but I wasn't able to test them today. I plan to do so tomorrow. I'm currently uploading them so I can share them with anyone interested in testing them. I'll add the link here then. I plan to add the arches after testing them myself.
I've uploaded the ISO files to http://www.jmbsvicetto.name/releases/ I plan to get the tests done in a few hours.
My apologies for not adding other comments until now. The current installcds are broken as the automatic login fails and so they can't be used. I believe this is related to livecd-tools and the move to openrc - I've been looking at this, thus the delay here. Although genkernel seems to be ok, until we can fix the installcd, we won't be able to ensure everything is working ok for it. @genkernel: your call if you want to wait on us fixing the installcd or if you want to cc arch teams to get this rolling.

Me myself think that if this probably will be fixed within one-two weeks, then maybe we can wait. After all it would feel pretty good to know how we are doing wrt OpenRC on the livecds too...
+1 for Xake's comment #6
If you can wait until this weekend, I'll try to get some updates and build new stage/ISO files by then. If not, then just go ahead and I'll report back when builds are running again.
(In reply to comment #8) > If you can wait until this weekend Yes we can :-)

No mips stable keywords.

Sebastian, sorry for the delay but I've been having a busy time at work and have been fighting with my new vserver since last Friday. I was finally able to test the amd64 CD I created on 20110701 and it's working, so please move forward with the stabilization.
amd64 done. Thanks Agostino
