net-dns/ldns-utils does not respect CFLAGS="-O?"

small example from log:


x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc  -I. -march=native -O2 -g0 -O2 -I. -I. -c drill.c

amd64box ~ # emerge --info | grep CFLAGS
CFLAGS="-march=native -O2 -g0"

(*) All version does not respect cflags, but it should be enough patching the latest.

still in last version 1.6.11:

x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc   -I. -I. -march=native -O2 -g0 -O2 -o ldns-read-zone.o -c ldns-read-zone.c

Fixed in cvs 1.6.12.
