At the moment calibre can't install due to the fact, the download path is wrong please change it to:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/calibre/files/0.8.2

1. emerge calibre

Result:

Also, you might want to add http://distfiles.gentoo.org as the last value in GENTOO_MIRRORS, since this file is on the mirrors and you probably want it to fallback as discussed in bug 354555.
