* Only 2 lines
* Always shows up on my etc-update
* States the obvious

Please consider removing it on the next bump. Of course, there are user workarounds (INSTALL_MASK) that I will employ if you want to keep this file, but I think it is a waste of space in it's current form. Thanks.
