I'd like to mark app-admin/mcollective stable soon and it requires to have dev-ruby/stomp marked stable first. Can you please do that?

Adding back arches. Please stable the following stomp version:

=dev-ruby/stomp-1.1.7

amd64:

emerged with test unset.
with test, faulters at the first step.
 * Running test phase for ruby18 ...
rake aborted!
no such file to load -- rspec/core/rake_task

emerged effective with test set, but the minor matter of addressing the extra dependency packages for stablalisation.

This is not a minor matter since the forthcoming dependencies cannot be stabled easily and require a new set of stabilization bugs. Removing arches until things are worked out properly.

Fortunately most of the dependency tree for rspec:2 was already in place, so I'm adding back arches again. Note that bug 369573 needs to be done first for rspec.
