Please find attached ted-2.11.ebuild 
 
Ted is a Motif-based editor that use RTF as its native format. It is released 
under the GPL. 
 
app-editor/ted would seem to be the most appropriate place.

I cleaned up the ebuild a bit--you didn't have a SLOT set, and you weren't
cleaning out the 'temp' directory afterwards--but for the most part I kept it
as-is.  I assume that the bizarre install method is necessary for the package. 
I've never used the package before, so eh. ;)  Thanks for the ebuild, though! 
It should hit the rsync servers soon.
