3.1.7 has been fairly unchanged in the tree since 03 Jul 2010, the only real changes have been init.d enhancements, new RDEPEND for php and disabling of modpython by default (no modules were ever installed).

As the current stable version (3.1.2) no longer builds due to changes in php, I'd like to have 3.1.7-r2 marked stable when possible, despite the fact I just touched it on 06 May 2011.  Of course, it's up to you arch teams.

src_test() is expected to pass.
