opengfx-0.3.3.ebuild.diff

Latest upstream version of games-misc/opengfx, requires updated games-util/grfcodec, no longer requires seperate games-util/nforenum (this is included in >=grfcodec-5)

We no longer need to RESTRICT=test, because tests work just fine with stable and ~ARCH keyworded compilers thanks to fix in grfcodec.
