MPB doesn't yet work with the recently unmasked fftw 3.0.1, so I've added a
requirement on fftw 2.1.5.

BTW, this ebuild doesn't work if ATLAS is emerged after LAPACK, because the
former overwrites liblapack.a with an incomplete library. So it would be nice
if the issues surrounding bug 30453 could be resolved.

This was a case where my erroneous use of ${D} in configure caused some issues
with hard coded paths. Fixed more elegantly now.

Also builds the version with hermitian eps now.

Looking good now, but I'll complete the processing after I'll get to finishing
blas/lapack reorganization.

Also, please submit an exemplar ChangeLog, so that I could check all the
submission aspects ;). Oh, and metadata.xml (quite trivial, but still for
completeness...)
